Quota Management

Quota Management

ClusterHawk uses a quota system to manage resource allocation based on your subscription tier. Understanding your quotas helps you plan and optimize your usage.

Quota Types

Your subscription includes several types of quotas:

  • IP Address Quota: The number of IP addresses you can analyze per billing period
  • Concurrent Jobs Quota: The number of analysis jobs you can run simultaneously
  • Model Storage Quota: The number of trained models you can save
  • Prediction Quota: The number of prediction operations you can perform per billing period
  • Hunting Query Quota: The number of specialized hunting queries you can run per billing period
Monitoring Your Quota Usage

You can monitor your current quota usage on the Dashboard page, which displays:

  • Usage bars: Visual representation of your quota usage for each quota type
  • Usage counts: Numerical representation showing used and total amounts
Quota Reset Options

If you need to reset your quotas before the regular billing cycle reset, you can purchase a one-time quota reset:

  1. Navigate to your Profile page
  2. Click the "Reset Quotas" button
  3. Confirm the quota reset request
  4. Complete the payment process via Stripe
  5. Your quotas will be reset immediately after payment confirmation
