We have renamed our subscription tiers to better reflect who they serve: Basic is now Analyst, and Hobby is now Team. Professional and Enterprise keep their names, and all prices and existing subscriptions are unchanged. No action is needed on your side. Alongside the rename, hunting queries are no longer exclusive to Professional and Enterprise: every Analyst subscription now includes 1 hunting query per month, and Team includes 3. Hunting query counts on the Subscription page reflect the new limits.

We are committed to fair and transparent quota usage. Starting now, when a clustering or model training job completes successfully, any IPs identified as NIL (empty or null data) during preprocessing will have their quota automatically restored to your account. For example, if you submit 100 IPs and 20 are identified as NIL, those 20 IP credits will be returned after the job finishes. This applies to all clustering pipelines (Core, Deep, Advanced) and all model training pipelines. Prediction jobs are not eligible for NIL IP restoration. Because predictions support single-IP submissions, even one NIL IP requires spinning up a full compute instance, loading the model, and executing the pipeline. The infrastructure cost is the same regardless of the data quality. In clustering and training, NIL IPs are filtered out early during preprocessing alongside many other IPs, reducing overall processing time, so we pass that saving back to you.
