Profile Settings

Profile Settings

Manage your profile and account settings to customize your ClusterHawk experience.

Personal Information

Your profile displays the following information:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Email verification status
Subscription Management

Manage your subscription directly from your profile:

  • View Subscription Plan: See your current subscription tier and status
  • Refresh Token: Update your authentication token to ensure subscription data is current
  • Reset Quotas: Make a one-time payment to reset your usage quotas without waiting for the monthly reset
  • Cancel Subscription: Cancel your current subscription (remains active until the end of the billing period)
Subscription Details

View detailed information about your subscription:

  • Next Billing Date/Subscription End Date: When your next payment is due or when your subscription ends if cancelled
  • Tier Limits: Detailed breakdown of your subscription limits (IP addresses, concurrent jobs, predictions, stored models, hunting queries)
  • Features: List of features available in your subscription tier
Subscription Data Consistency

The system automatically checks for consistency between your authentication token and subscription data. If inconsistencies are detected, you'll be prompted to refresh your token to ensure your profile displays the most current information.
