Billing Information

Manage your billing information and payment methods through the Profile page.

Payment Methods

ClusterHawk accepts payment methods supported by Stripe for subscription payments:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Other payment methods may be available depending on your region and Stripe's supported payment types
Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis:

  • Monthly billing: Charged on the same day each month
  • Annual billing: Available on all plans with a 5% discount; arranged through our sales team.
Invoices and Receipts

Invoices and receipts are automatically sent by Stripe to your registered email address. These documents include detailed information about your subscription charges, payment status, and billing periods.

Payment Processing

ClusterHawk uses Stripe as its payment processor. All payment information is securely handled through Stripe's PCI-compliant platform and not stored on ClusterHawk's servers. Your payment details are protected with industry-standard encryption and security measures.

Taxes

As our business is based in Estonia, applicable taxes (including VAT) will be automatically added to all subscriptions, including international customers. Tax rates are calculated according to Estonian and EU tax regulations, and processed automatically through Stripe during checkout. Tax invoices will be provided for all transactions.
